4 Days Trekking in Bhutan.

Tshaluna Trek.

This is a short 4 days trekking in Bhutan and is a moderate trek. This trek is popular with those who wish to do a shorter version of the Druk Path trek. The trek offers beautiful views as you cross the chain of mountains that separate the Paro and Thimphu valleys. This route is also famous for its spectacular rhododendron forests and wonderful high altitude lakes abundant with fish.

Sketch Itinerary for 4 Days Trekking in Bhutan (Tshaluna Trek):

Day 01. Arrive Paro (Altitude 2280 meters).
Day 02:. Paro Sightseeing (2280 meters) Hike to the Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest).
Day 03. Paro – Jele Dzong: (8 km, 3 hours. 1090 m ascent).
Day 04. Jele Dzong – Jangchulakha.
Day 05. Jangchulakha – Jimilangtso.
Day 06. Jimilangtsho – Tshaluna (9 kms – 4 hours) – Thimphu.
Day 07. Thimphu sightseeing.
Day 08. Thimphu – Punakha – Thimphu: (Altitude 1310 m) (76 Km, 3 hrs drive).
Day 09. Thimphu – Paro (Departure).
