Day 1. Arrive Paro – Thimphu sightseeing | 54 Km | Drive: 1 hour | Altitude: 2334 m.
Arrive Paro international airport. Our guide and driver will receive you at the Paro airport and drive to Thimphu. On the way, visit Tamchog monastery.
Afternoon, visit to the tallest statue of Buddha (51.5 m), Changangkha lhakhang, Takin preserve center.
In the evening, visit Sangaygang view point, Dupthop lhakhang (nunnery) and Tashichho dzong (The royal secretariat).
Dinner and overnight in Hotel.
Day 2. Thimphu – Paro sightseeing | 54 Km | Drive: 1 hour | Altitude: 2280 m.
In the morning, visit to national postal museum, painting school, craft bazaar and free to stroll in the town for photography.
Then drive to Paro. afternoon, visit to:
– Ta dzong (national museum of Bhutan), Rinpung dzong and Bhutanese farmhouse.
In the evening, free to stroll in the town for shopping and photography.
Dinner and overnight in Hotel.
Day 3. Paro – Hike to the Tiger’s nest monastery | 7 Km | Hike: 4 hours.
In the morning, hike to the Tiger’s nest monastery (Paro Taktsang). The hike up to the monastery is give-or-take a two-hour ascent.
Afternoon, visit to Drugyel dzong (The fortress of victory) and Kichu lhakhang.
In the evening, free to stroll in the town for shopping and photography.
Dinner and overnight in Hotel.
Day 4. Paro - Departure.
After breakfast, drive to the Paro airport and farewell.
