Bhutan visa for French citizens / nationals:

The process to obtain Bhutan visa for French citizens / nationals visiting Bhutan is the same as any other tourists. Please note that no foreign missions or missions can issue Bhutan visa for French citizens / nationals. You have to send a scanned copy of the photo page of your passport to your Travel Agency in Bhutan. The local Bhutanese Travel Agency will process the tourist visa for you with the Department of Immigration, Thimphu Bhutan. It normally takes 2-3 days to process the e-Bhutan visa. Your Bhutanese agent will e-mail you e-Bhutan visa issued by the Department of Immigration, Thimphu Bhutan. You have to carry this document when you board your flight to Bhutan in Delhi or Kathmandu. The actual Bhutan visa will be stamped in your passport at the Immigration counter in Paro International airport.
