The Bhutanese Embassy in Bangkok do not issue Bhutan visa for Thai nationals / citizens though Bhutan has a diplomatic relation with Thailand and an Embassy in Bangkok. Below are the simple steps to get Bhutan visa for Thai nationals / citizens.

There are flights to Bhutan from Bangkok, Thailand on daily basis. Bhutan Airlines and Drukair are the only two Bhutanese airlines that operate flights in and out of Paro International airport in Bhutan to Bangkok, Thailand. The flights are usually in the morning.
